We work off of one pricing structure and then offer 3 types of pricing based on the details and size of your project. Pricing Structure
Labor + Materials = Total Price

If you provide the materials, We will only charge labor (warranty only covers materials we provide)

We accept most forms of payment including: cash & card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Venmo, PayPal & Zelle.

All residential clients are required to pay at the time of job completion.
PRICING TYPES
Bid Pricing
This is usually for large & non-standard projects (ex: custom accent walls or complete kitchen remodel). We will need to go out for an estimate and give you a total bid price for the project.
Standard Pricing
This is usually for normal-sized & standard projects (ex: christmas light installation or bathroom remodel)

Flat Fee Pricing
